Return & Exchange Policy

Because many of our products are specially sourced from the USA for individual customer orders, returns and exchanges may not be available for products that are specially sourced according to the customer's specific request or specifications and are supplied in conformity with those specifications, to the extent permitted by applicable Egyptian law.

For products that are not covered by an applicable legal exception, any statutory rights to return, exchange, or refund remain applicable.

If a product arrives defective, damaged, or does not match the specifications of the order, please contact us promptly after receiving your order. We will review the issue and handle it in accordance with applicable Egyptian consumer-protection requirements.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable Egyptian law.
