Welcome to Laky Store. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us.

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Our Products

We specialize in sourcing products from the United States (USA) for customers in Egypt.

Many of the products displayed on our website are specially sourced from the USA after an order is placed. Products may therefore not be physically stocked in Egypt at the time your order is submitted.

Product availability is subject to availability from our US suppliers. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you regarding the available options.

2. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are requesting us to source and deliver the selected product to you in Egypt.

An order is considered confirmed once we have received the required payment or otherwise confirmed the order with you.

Please make sure that all information provided when placing your order including your name, telephone number, address, product specifications, size, color, model, or other relevant details is accurate.

We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

3. Specially Sourced Products

Because products may be sourced specifically from the USA for individual customers, customers should carefully review all product details before confirming an order.

Where a product is specially sourced according to the customer's specific specifications or request and is supplied in conformity with those specifications, applicable Egyptian law may provide an exception to the ordinary return/exchange rights.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory consumer rights that apply under Egyptian law.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are stated in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise indicated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors before an order is confirmed.

The payment method and payment terms applicable to your order will be communicated to you during the ordering process.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Our products are sourced from the USA and shipped to customers in Egypt.

The estimated delivery period is 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.

This is an estimated timeframe and not an absolute guarantee. Delivery may take longer due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including international shipping delays, customs procedures, airline or carrier delays, supplier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

No surprise customs fees applicable customs and import charges are included in your order price.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the estimated 3–4 week delivery timeframe.

6. Customs & Import Procedures

All applicable customs, import duties, and related import charges for orders placed through LAKY STORE are included in the price paid by the customer, unless otherwise clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Customers will not be asked to pay additional customs or import charges upon delivery for charges that are included in the advertised order price.

LAKY STORE will handle the applicable import and customs process for products sourced from the USA and delivered within Egypt.

In the event that an unexpected government charge or regulatory requirement arises that is not included in the advertised price, we will communicate with the customer before proceeding, where reasonably possible.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Our return and exchange policy is subject to applicable Egyptian consumer-protection law.

Certain products may qualify for an exception to the general return/exchange period, including products made or specially sourced according to specific specifications requested by the customer and supplied in conformity with those specifications, where the applicable legal requirements are satisfied.

For products that do not fall within a statutory exception, the customer's applicable legal rights to return or exchange the product will apply.

8. Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives defective, damaged, or does not conform to the specifications agreed upon for the order, please contact us promptly after receiving the product.

We will review the issue and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable Egyptian law.

9. Order Cancellations

Because many of our products are sourced from the USA specifically after an order is placed, cancellation may not be possible once the sourcing or purchasing process has begun.

Any cancellation request will be reviewed based on the status of the order and applicable Egyptian law.

10. Product Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information and availability displayed on our website is accurate.

However, products may become unavailable from our US suppliers without notice.

If we cannot source an ordered product, we will contact the customer to discuss the available options.

11. Product Information

Product images displayed on our website are intended to represent the products as accurately as reasonably possible.

Colors, packaging, labels, and minor visual details may vary from images shown online.

Customers should rely on the product description and specifications provided with the product listing when making a purchase.

12. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.

Customers should also carefully review product specifications before confirming an order, including size, color, model, quantity, and any other relevant characteristics.

13. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.

You may not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders, or use the website in a manner that violates applicable Egyptian law.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Any updated version will be published on our website with the applicable updated date.

Your continued use of our website or placement of an order after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and transactions made through our website are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, subject to any mandatory rights and protections granted to consumers under applicable Egyptian law.

16. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any mandatory consumer rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under Egyptian law.

In the event of a dispute concerning a consumer's statutory rights, the matter may be subject to the procedures and authorities provided under applicable Egyptian consumer-protection legislation. The Consumer Protection Agency states that certain disputes concerning return, replacement, or refund rights may be referred to the Agency for a binding determination.
